Our manufacturing process encompasses every aspect of garment production. From exchanging design ideas to sample making (with lots of fabric, design, pattern discussion) to main production to brand packaging; we offer a holistic approach to guarantee that every detail is carefully considered.
Below are the steps we follow during the entire process:
Step 1: Understanding Your Requirements
First things first, our manufacturing journey begins with an exchange of ideas and style references. In this collaboration, we dive deep into your needs and requirements, finalizing key elements such as prototypes, patterns, design ideas, fabric discussion, target budgets, quantities, and everything else required to kickstart the production. Label Saasha manufacturing team will resolve all your queries and guide startups companies with their new clothing brand journey.
Step 2: Fabric And Design Approval
Once we get a clear understanding of your garment specifications, we shift our focus to fabric selection and approval. Here, we aim to choose the desired fabric that suits your standard. You can send us the fabric you want us to use or we can source it for you. We organically source fabric to ensure the promotion of sustainable garment production. Moreover, we will provide a complete fabric information like fabric name, composition & images and for big production we provide swatch book tailored to your designs to finalize the perfect fabric for each style according to your choice.
Step 3: Pattern Making
Once the fabric is approved by you, our next step involves pattern-making. You have two options during this stage: either send us your digital pattern print files or allow our expert pattern graders to draw out designs onto pattern sheets for you.
Once the pattern is ready, we will start developing garment prototypes for your style. These prototypes are very crucial in a manufacturing process to ensure that the original design concept has been accurately interpreted. Upon completion of the prototype, we will share them with you through e-communication or real-time shipment for approval. Label Saasha request all our clients to have some patience at this stage as it is little time consuming to get perfect pattern and design of your choice.
Step 4: Design And Sample Approval
Once the prototype is complete and approved, we will prepare a sample batch of your order. This sample batch will include fit samples, labels, size sets, embellishments, buttons, and hand tags. Along with the finalized fabric, we assess quality standards during this phase to ensure requirements are met before moving on to bulk production. This is one of the most vital stages to verify that everything aligns with your specifications and expectations.
Not only this we also get our thread machine, hand or suzani embrodiery and final print (any custom prints whether hand block printing or Screen printing or digital printing) check before start with main production.
Step 5: Quality Control
One of our top priorities in the manufacturing process is quality checking. At every stage of production, we will meticulously inspect the sample batch to ensure that every piece meets the desired standard of quality and production. Our quality control team ensures that every aspect of the garment is being taken care of by focusing on each detail—such as stitching, fabric quality, embrodiery placement, prints and finishing.
Step 6: Packaging and Shipment
Once quality control is done and the product is finished, we shift our attention to eco-friendly packaging. As a sustainable garment manufacturer in India, we offer custom eco-friendly packaging to personalized labels to help your brand make an impactful impression. Once the packaging and documentation is finalized, we prepare for shipment to deliver your order safely and on time. We are shipping worldwide with our trusted logistic partners.
